Refund Policy

These are digital goods. Once a working download link has been delivered, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

When we will help

If the file is damaged and cannot be opened, email support@sovonovo.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We will check the file and either send a working copy or refund that order.

What is not covered

Change of mind, files that open correctly, or problems caused by software you do not have installed, are not refund reasons.

Checkout confirmation

Before payment you must tick the box confirming that you understand this policy. We store that confirmation, your IP address, and the time of the order with the order record.
